Unlike Maine lobster, Florida Spiny Lobster house most of their meat in their tail. The meat is firm in texture and sweet to the taste.

Lobster season runs from August to the end of March. This price is for a fresh single tail, each tail is 5-6 oz.

Lobster meat is versatile; it can be boiled, baked, broiled, fried, or grilled. The tail can be dipped in a garlic butter sauce, eaten plain, or added into any dish to make it a dining masterpiece.

Our lobster tails are harvested fresh, & shipped out to you the next day. 

Fresh Lobsters should be cooked or frozen within 24 hours after receiving, this prevents the meat from becoming dark.
