A local’s favorite, Conch fritters are made with conch meat, minced vegetables and a variety of seasoning combined in a savory batter. They are fried until golden brown and served with our fresh made cocktail sauce.
Similar to a hush puppy but with a Keysie twist of flavors. A delightful blend of Conch, vegetables and spices, it’s a great accent to any party. Use a teaspoon, scoop it out and drop in hot oil until golden brown. Test to make sure they are cooked all the way through with a tooth pick. Serve to your guest with cocktail sauce.
