Our Swordfish is wild-caught in the Pacific. Each steak is vacuum packed & freshly frozen. Swordfish is great grilled or pan seared.
Grilled: Grill swordfish for about 3 to 8 minutes per side, or until the outside is browned but the inside is still slightly pink.
Pan-Seared: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the swordfish until it's browned on each side and just cooked through (flesh should feel firm when pressed), about 3 to 8 minutes per side.
